Zoho’s annual analyst day (several days, actually) is always one of the highlights of my year. It always brings together the who’s who of the analyst community and provides a window into Zoho’s unique approach to the tech industry.
But the highlight is always the opportunity to talk with its customers about how they’re leveraging the Zoho suite to drive transformational efforts. This year, I had the privilege of interviewing two customers on video.
The first is Ponappa PM, the head of Brigade Plus, part of one of India’s largest real estate developers. He and his team have taken a unique approach to transforming the customer experience — and they’re doing the whole thing on the Zoho suite.
