Soul Machines Raises $70MM to Further Its Vision of "Digital People" Supporting the Customer Experience
New Zealand-based Soul Machine announced that they had secured a $70 million dollar round of investment, bringing its total funding to $135 million.
The company is among those championing the use of full digital avatars in various elements of digital experience and "believes every sector will deploy digital people as a digital workforce to represent themselves and their brands in the metaverse."
In its press release, the company says, "The future of Customer Experience in digital worlds is going to be key to winning in all the digital worlds people do business, work and play," and will use this latest round of investment to continue research and expand its focus on the enterprise market.
